Our goal is to transform Carnbroe into 
a safe and beautiful place to live.

We aim to combat social isolation and cultivate a strong sense of belonging for residents. The inspiration behind rejuvenating this space arises from a desire to enhance the well-being of the local community and create a versatile area. Community engagement, environmental awareness, and historical preservation are integral to shaping this meaningful project.

We are seeking £1,500 as part of our larger £6,000 project to rejuvenate the garden at the heart of our community.

The completed rejuvenation will offer the growing local community a usable area for relaxation, recharging, and socializing. The garden will feature a wheelchair-accessible path winding through its 25m x 37m expanse. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a sensory garden, a habitat for wildlife, a memorial garden, a rainbow bridge, raised beds for flowers, vegetables, and herbs, as well as historical information about the industries that shaped the area.
