MyParkScotland is a platform designed to help people discover and support local parks. It enables crowdfunding for park-related projects, encouraging both individual and business donations. The initiative includes a long-term investment strategy to promote sustainability and build endowment funds. 

MyParkScotland was part of the Rethinking Parks programme, funded by Nesta, Heritage Lottery Fund, and Big Lottery Fund, which supports innovative business models to ensure the future of UK parks.

greenspace scotland is initially developing MyParkScotland in partnership with the City of Edinburgh and Glasgow City Councils, Future Cities and the Edinburgh Friends Forum. Longer term, the intention is to extend it across Scotland and we’ve already had positive interest from a number of other regions in Scotland.
